Cow's Milk and Disease

This morning, on Facebook, I posted this (see italics). I wanted to show a list of some (not all) research on cow's milk and disease. See below for the research citations.
I am doing research (on published scientific journals) on cow's milk, and here is a list of diseases that came up-see below. Diabetes has the most research, suggesting that cow's milk (specifically, casein) is responsible for the development, and the worsening, of Type 1 and 2 Diabetes (the list of research articles is FAR too long for this post- I will have to write a blog post about this and inc...
lude all of the research). LIST OF DISEASES ASSOCIATED WITH COW'S MILK:

Was just at Whole Foods requesting they stock Toffutti American Cheese - all the non-diary soy and rice cheeses they carry seem to have Casein added to them ??

I was raised in central Europe and we only drank unprocessed milk from healthy happy cows, I was healthy and my skin was beautiful. When I came to the USA and begin drinking the processed milk from the factory farms from the tortured mistreated cows filled with hormones and other additives I was getting sicker and sicker and my skin started to change, my hair got brittle and dull and I didn't feel so healthy any more. I was for the first time in my life lactose intolerant.

I will never touch the factory milk or any dairy again, I had found a dairy farmer in my local area and I began to drink the raw milk again, with all the enzymes and probiotics and vitamins and minerals, you only have to find a farmer with a farm that does not belong to the government. Small farmers are private and they love and take care of their animals. I can drink milk and cream and have fresh butter and ice cream again and my God what a difference in taste. It's like drinking liquid health. Please don't criticize the raw real milk, until you do adequate research. People actually get healthier when they switch. http://www.realmilk.com/
