Green Smoothie Juice Ingredients (blended)

My family and I love to drink freshly-blended juice.  Blending is a great way to get a large amount of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts/seeds, and superfoods in one meal. 
Our juice ingredients this morning: Spinach, kale, cucumber, avocado, spirulina, hemp seeds, mango, banana, pineapple, acai, and mixed frozen berries. These are a special weekend treat for the kids, since we try to limit their sugar intake (yes, natural sugar is still sugar!). All ingredients are blended in a Ninja blender.
